Money Word Search Game

Teaching children to count is one thing, but teaching them to count money is a bit more challenging.

Logically, in a childs mind 10 pennies would be worth more than 1 quarter. And 5 one dollar bills would be worth more than one 10 dollar bill.

Trust me I know, I pulled this scam on my younger siblings many times.

There in lies the challenge. Teaching children the value of coins and currency.

It helps to have real coins to use as examples. And if you're really ambitious, you can throw in a little presidential history as well

have fun.
